According to the calorie counter in our tools section, in order to lose weight, you should maintain a 1200 calorie diet. It also lists the portion sizes you should limit yourself to, as well it gives you the option of printing out the calorie count index. Have you set a daily allowed amount of calories for yourself as of yet?
