Welcome to The Power House,
Through a series of attainable steps, supporting personal growth, behavior modifications, goal setting, and through the power of our Lord God, we can be guided to discover a healthier well balanced life.
The Power House is moderated by Certified Christian Life Coach, Joie Lehman. Having lived most of her life in obesity, Joie has been given a purpose and is committed to help those who are also struggling with obesity. She received her training at the Professional Christian Coaching and Counseling Academy.
This is an open content site for our members, community involvement is not only welcomed and strongly encouraged, it is essential for all members. If you are ready to start making those changes, you are welcome to join us and make this your home site by submitting your membership request to our e-mail address: ourpowerhouse@gmail.com.
Due to the nature of our site, the need for involvement from each group member, and the work required by your coach, our group space is limited to those who have requested membership and upon completion of the 'Coaching Agreement', and 'Membership Application'. These are available for your viewing by entering the 'Heart of Our Home' under the link titled 'Welcome New Members'. Upon your request for membership, these forms will be sent to you.
The purpose of this site is for all of us to become more aware of who we are, who we intend to be, and by educating ourselves on how to be our very best. You will find your greatest strength through the love, support and encouragement of others.
