Your right to privacy with matters that may be sensitive to you, matters to me. There will be assignments that are beneficial to be shared with others in the group. For instance, Your Mission Statements should be viewable and shared with not only our group, but with the world. It is our Mission Statements that clarify who we are, what we believe, what we stand for, our goals, our purpose, our mission in life.

As your coach however, in order for me to make assessments, to help you create new ideas, new approaches, guide you to establish and implement goals, a relationship of trust is a must. As your coach, I am also your trusted friend, one who cares about you, strives to guide you to reach your own desired destinations.

As a new member of the group, I will be asking you to fill out an application. This information helps me to understand who you are, what it is that you are seeking and where you are right now in your life. All information received on the application is for my use only, it will not be posted as it is strictly confidential. You will need to cut and paste the application to your email and forward it to me either at my wiki email address, found simply by clicking on my name or photo, or you can submit the application to ourpowerhouse@gmail.com. Both of these are private email addresses.

I certainly encourage you to share as much as you are willing to share openly in the group. Group support can be incredible and often very beneficial to everyone who participates. As you begin to share with other group members, you will build new friendships, but you will also develop a strong team of support. It is always great to have people in your corner, cheering you on with encouragement. It is also a great way to share thoughts, ideas, tips of advise of what you personally discovered that was helpful to you as others may learn from your own experiences.

As we venture along here, I am going to strive to post all pre-assignments on pages that can be copy and pasted for your personal use. Some of those assignments may be group assignments, such as the Mission Statement, others may be more personal and need not be shared. That decision will be entirely up to you.
