Well, not sure if any I have found for dealing with my weight, but I have a couple of sites I love to visit.

http://www.compassion.com/default.htm is Compassion international where my husband I have a sponsored child in Guatemala.
http://www.everydaywoman.tv/ has links with Christian media Do you find this valuable?
